An update message from our Managing Director, Nick Stansfield, to our customers – Monday 12th April 2021:

Dear customer,

I trust you are keeping well and in good spirits as we progress along the roadmap for lifting lockdown.

“Stage two” of the government’s plan becomes effective today, allowing more businesses to reopen as well as the return of shops, gyms, hairdressers and pub gardens, amongst other things – I’m sure these will all be welcomed reintroductions for society.

We realise we’ve been here before; assessing our precautionary measures, scheduling personnel in the office, getting ready to welcome all staff back with open arms (from 2m away, of course). We’re hopeful this is the last time we’re at this stage of planning and that the actions taken continue in this direction without slowing.

The articles we published on our website last summer may help you collate your thoughts around whether you go “back to work” should you wish to return to where you were pre-Covid, even if that means reversing some of the changes you made last year; or maybe you wish to develop a plan for “relaunching” if you’re looking for something entirely new to better suit your organisational needs now. Either way, please do contact your Account Manager to discuss this, or email us at info@premierchoicegroup.com and we’ll get this passed over for you.

We’ve received some great, positive feedback from several of you in recent months which we’re very grateful for. As you may have seen on our billing portal, we’re covering three months’ of service charges for successful customer referrals – so if you’re happy with our service and know of anyone (in your industry or otherwise) who we may be able to support with their telecoms, please do send us their details or make an introduction so we can bring them aboard and apply your discount as a token of our gratitude.
