An update message from our Managing Director, Nick Stansfield, to our customers – Thursday 6th May 2021:

Dear customer,

I hope this finds you well.

We’re edging ever closer to the next stage of restrictions lifting and looking forward to welcoming more of our staff back into the office.

Our Senior Management Team has been working through the guidance and updating our risk assessments to make sure all possible precautions have been taken and necessary protective measures are in place. Our teams will be returning on a part-time rota basis and it will be great to see familiar faces in person and without the issue of reminding them that they are muted!

Ahead of this, and in recognition of Mental Health Awareness Week (10-17 May 2021), we’ve organised a programme of activities/conversation topics for our staff throughout the week. This includes an “It’s ok to…” list of reassurances that we will be publishing and displaying around the workplace to help the team transition into our new hybrid working format as we split our time between our homes and the office. Keep an eye on our social media and use the hashtag #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek to join the conversation.

My co-director, Neil, has just helped to produce an article on our website, reminding us why our friendly and helpful staff are so important when so often we are stuck communicating with machines or AI – we hope you share the views of the customers we quoted but I invite you to get in touch if you feel the service you have received has not met with your expectations. We will always do our best to resolve any matters that are raised to us and urge you to tell us as we cannot fix what we’re not alerted to.
