An update message from our Managing Director, Nick Stansfield, to our customers – Wednesday 11th August 2021:

Dear customer,

I hope this brief message finds you well.

First of all, we have another Bank Holiday approaching – should you require any changes to your messaging or auto attendant options to reflect your hours of operation on Monday 30th August 2021, please do email support@premierchoicegroup.com and our Service Desk will get these requests prioritised and actioned.

Secondly, we need a small favour from you. As I mentioned last month, our drive for an excellent customer experience is propelling us forwards but we realise this is a moving landscape needing continual monitoring and adjustments. For this reason, we’ve developed a Customer Feedback Survey and we’d really value your input. We know many of you are very complimentary with your scoring on the closed ticket feedback surveys and the comments you provide alongside these, but we’ve created this survey to really bring this all together, allowing us to identify areas we are strong in as well as those with the opportunity for improvement. Please do take the time to complete this survey with your honest feedback, good or bad. For all submissions, there is a chance to win an Amazon Echo Show 8 with Alexa!
