An update message from our Senior Management Team to our customers – Wednesday 24th November 2021 (3-minute read):

Dear customer, 

We hope you are keeping well despite the colder weather, as we approach the end of another unusual year.

It’s been a very busy month for us, with a lot of travel – including a visit to Daisy Communications’ Head Office in Nelson, where we were made to feel very welcome! A few of us had a great time at Management in Practice, Birmingham and we’re looking forward to exhibiting at Management in Practice, Newcastle on the 30th November. We’re glad to have had the chance to get back on the road this year, and look forward to travelling even more in 2022!

It’s not long now until we attend the General Practice Awards, where Premier Patient Line have been shortlisted for Telecoms Provider of the Year. We are also proudly sponsoring Receptionist/Reception Team of the Year and are looking forward to celebrating with everyone on the night!

Lastly, as we approach the festive season, we ask that you send us any requests for telephone diversions or changes in working hours. You can do this by emailing with the subject line “Seasonal Change Request” and make sure to include your postcode or PCT Number. Where possible, we ask that you submit all requests by Friday 3rd December, to guarantee the change is made in good time. Our working hours will remain the same over the Christmas period, with the exception of bank holidays on the Monday 27th – Tuesday 28th December, as well as Monday 3rd January 2022. If you currently receive 24/7 support from Team PCG, this will continue uninterrupted regardless of our “office” hours.
