An update message from our Senior Management Team to our customers – Tuesday 5th April 2022 (2-minute read):

Dear customer,

We hope this message finds you in good health and spirits, as the days get longer and the weather (slightly) warmer.

Continuing from our update last month, our integration project is now in full swing; in the coming weeks, we will be co-branding our emails, invoices, system notifications, and billing platform, so do not be alarmed if you begin to see the Daisy Communications logo appearing more frequently. We can also now confirm that the changing of our email addresses will be taking place on the 9th of May, meaning that next month this email will be coming from our new Daisy address. Once this transition is complete, you will be able to contact us as follows:

If in doubt, please use our contact form which will ensure your message reaches the right member of Premier. May we remind you that despite the changes to our systems, our office location, phone numbers and personnel remain the same. Customer experience is a top priority for Team PCG and we will continue to provide the same great quality service and support. We will be sure to update you as and when we progress with any other changes.

Away from the office, today marks the first of many events this year as Premier Patient Line are attending Pulse PCN London where we will be showcasing our best solutions for the challenges faced by PCNs and GP surgeries across the region. If you’d like to see what other events we will be exhibiting at, head over to our events page for more information and to book tickets to visit us up and down the country.

Lastly, as the Spring Bank Holidays approach, we’d like to ask you in advance to make sure you are prepared. Please see the information we sent to you last month here. Alternatively, feel free to contact us by emailing or calling us on 020 8300 9495.

With our very best wishes,

Premier Choice Group
