An update message from our Senior Management Team to our customers – Tuesday 10th May 2022 (3-minute read):

Dear customer,

First and foremost, we hope this message finds you well.

We’ve emailed you previously to let you know that our email contact details would be changing and, as of yesterday, we are now contactable via our Daisy Comms email addresses; we’re excited to be reaching out for the first time from our new address! To confirm, our team members and phone numbers remain unchanged but if you need a reminder of any of our contact details, please visit our contact page.

Our team is getting back out on the road this week as we have another face to face event coming up; the Healthcare team will be attending Management in Practice, Birmingham this Thursday – we can’t wait to see everyone there. It’s not too late if you’d like to register for tickets, you can find the link along with all other information on our events page.

Also in the wider world, the BT Exchange upgrade programme is ramping up with Tranche 4 exchanges now in stop sell, and it has been announced that Tranche 8 has been scheduled for 9th May 2023. This stop sell simply means that legacy copper solutions are no longer available for purchase or renewal and that new, better, more reliable solutions are becoming available in the upgraded areas! For more information, or to see when your local exchange is scheduled for update, head over to our PSTN portal.

We’re not done with the bank holidays just yet, don’t forget there’s a double whammy early next month in celebration of the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee! Should you need support with programming your system to reflect your hours of operation, please do refer back to the note we sent out earlier this year and if you need further support then you can reach out to our Support Team (on their new email address: premiersupport@daisycomms.co.uk).

Last, but by no means least, this week is Mental Health Awareness Week and Team PCG will be participating in the Mental Health Foundation’s Wear it Green Day tomorrow (Wednesday 11th) to show our support. We’ll be sharing some thoughts on our social media with the hashtag #MHAW and we hope you also find a way to reflect on this important topic, however you see fit to do so.

With our warmest regards,

The SMT
Premier Choice Group
