An update message from our Senior Management Team to our customers – Friday 28th October 2022 (2-minute read):

Dear customer,

There’s only two months left of 2022… where has this year gone?!

First and foremost, we’d like to draw your attention to some comms we have sent (and will be sending) regarding customer accounts with Premier Choice Group, in connection with our acquisition by Daisy Communications. You should have received a message from us earlier this week regarding the migration of our billing service onto to the Daisy system from 1st November 2022. We will be sending out further information next week regarding our customer service teams, so please keep an eye out for this. You don’t need to do a thing, nor should you notice any interruptions to your service(s) either – it’s business as usual! Earlier this month we celebrated National Customer Service Week, a celebration of customer service within the business. You may have seen us posting on our LinkedIn channel about all of the wonderful ways we celebrated – from a chat and chow with our directors, to our Big Customer Service Quiz, to our Ops appreciation walls! What better way to show our gratitude for all of our Ops heroes, who continue to provide dedicated customer service. However, it’s your feedback that allows us to continue improving our services, so thank you to all those who have given it – you can read all of our reviews on our website, or for our healthcare customers visit our Practice Index page.

As we near the end of the year, it’s almost time to say goodbye to events until next spring. We were extra busy this month, having exhibited at NHS Long Term Plan, Best Practice and Management in Practice, Bristol.
