An update message from our Senior Management Team to our customers – Tuesday 28th September 2021 (3-minute read):
We hope this finds you well. It’s a slightly longer message this time but bear with us, all will be explained!
Following Daisy Communication’s acquisition of Premier Choice Group last month, the Senior Management Team* have proudly taken up the mantle of keeping you completely up to date with the goings on here at Premier Choice and sharing the information we feel is most pertinent to you as our customers.
Firstly, we invite you to read the comms we published as the acquisition happened if you haven’t already, and we’d also like to share our introduction to Dave McGinn, our new Head of Premier. Dave has been CEO of Daisy Communications since 2016 but we interviewed him to find out more and get to know the man in charge – you can watch the interview here; directed, filmed and produced in-house by our brilliant new Marketing Assistant, Eva, who joined us last month as we go from strength to strength!
We’ve also upgraded our customer relationship management system by onboarding a fully integrated email module – this is the first official correspondence! This new tool will help us to streamline our communications to you and have a more comprehensive view of each customer account and the contacts within. While we’ve tried really hard to integrate this as cleanly as possible, it does mean that you may have previously unsubscribed and now find yourself back on the list. If this is the case, we are very sorry! Please feel free to use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of this email and we can assure you that you won’t be added back on (unless you expressly request this). We do recommend you leave yourself subscribed to the Service and Support list as this is how we will communicate service announcements and account updates to you.
We’re finally getting back out for face to face events with our first being Management in Practice, London, followed by the WSPMA Annual Conference last week. We were showcasing our best solutions for supporting the healthcare sector and it’s been so nice to be able to meet new people and catch up with a few of our customers too. Don’t worry if you missed these, there are plenty of other opportunities to meet with us up and down the country – see our events calendar here and let us know if you host or attend an event that you feel may be beneficial to us, or that we could sponsor!
Lastly, we’re delighted to share the exciting news that Premier Patient Line has been shortlisted for Telecoms Provider of the Year at the General Practice Awards 2021 (Awards Ceremony to be held on Friday 10th December 2021). While we eagerly await to hear the outcome of our category, we’re also delighted to be presenting the Receptionist of the Year Award, a testimony to the front line responders we support in surgeries on a daily basis. Keep an eye on our social media channels (Twitter/Facebook/LinkedIn) to be the first to hear!
This is a really positive and exciting time for us as a growing business but we want to ensure you feel the benefits too.
