An update message ahead of the bank holiday weekend – Thursday 18th August 2022 (2-minute read):

Dear customer, 

As the August Bank Holiday approaches, we wanted to remind you to remind you to check your phone system settings and messaging to ensure they reflect your hours of operation. If you need support, you can read more here

Our offices will be closed on Monday 29th August 2022. Should you need any support before then, please submit all requests as soon as possible by emailing premiersupport@daisycomms.co.uk with August Bank Holiday and your site postcode as the subject line (eg. August Bank Holiday – DA15 7DE). If you have already contacted us regarding this and had your request acknowledged, you do not need to take any further action.

Our service desk will continue to provide 24/7/365 support, regardless of our “office” hours so should you need any help, please do not hesitate to contact us on 020 8300 9495. Please note, calls received before 8:30am or after 5:30pm and on Bank Holidays will be subject to our out of hours charge for customers without Total Cover.
