We’ve come up with a few ways you can amend what you currently have in place to ensure your day to day running can continue without interruption. Changing your Auto Attendant message

Provide your callers with advice upfront and early by updating your auto attendant message. Upon calling in, users will receive the information you want them to hear, whether that be to keep away from your site if they’re experiencing symptoms or that your services may be affected due to precautionary measures in place. Video calling

Whether you are trying to minimise human interaction or the person you’re communicating with is self-quarantining for example, you can decrease the amount of physical contact required without affecting your team communication or service provision.
