Call and Contact Centre Expo

Premier Choice Group exhibited at the Call and Contact Centre Expo at the ExCeL London on Wednesday 21st and Thursday 22nd March 2018. This event was our first official outing since the launch of the new brand earlier this year.

The Call and Contact Centre Expo is an event for business decision makers looking for the best advice and expertise to guide them on investments within their organisation. The event ran side by side with the B2B Marketing Expo, B2C Marketing Expo, Sales Innovation Expo and the Marketing Technology Expo, which combined saw 700 exhibitors and over 5000 visitors including Call Centre Managers, CEOs, Customer Experience Managers, Marketing Directors and IT Directors. This was by far the biggest exhibition we have ever exhibited at and over the two days, our stand was staffed by Aaron, Danny, James, Mark and Nathan with support from our partners at Panasonic, Alan, Craig and Robyn.

We ran a Panasonic CyTrack demo on the stand with examples of telephony hardware. We also gave away two luxury hampers, complete with a Panasonic camera, that were won by Vic Bekker from Girling Jones Recruitment Services and Vanessa Conroy from Rochford District Council. Congratulations to them both!

The event hall was busy across all of the expos and was a great opportunity for us to meet all kinds of different individuals and organisations who discussed their telephony issues and queries with us – we look forward to following up on these conversations in the coming weeks.

Our next big event will be Kent Vision LIVE in Maidstone on Wednesday 16th May 2018. Kent Vision LIVE brings together over 3,000 visitors and 250 exhibitors from across the South East with the aim of creating new customer, supplier and partner relationships.
