We are delighted to announce the launch of Premier Choice Group, formerly known as Premier Choice Telecom Ltd. The company was founded in 2000 and has been growing steadily and organically over the last two decades thanks to referrals from contented customers.

We have thousands of customers enjoying their bespoke telephony solutions and support services. Our products include, lines and calls, connectivity, voice and data systems including hosted solutions and unified communications together with estate and infrastructure audits; all of which is underpinned by UK-wide engineering coverage and 24x7x365 in-house Service Desk support. While our product and service offerings continue to evolve, we felt it was time our branding and website transitioned with us.

As part of our vision for the future, we have defined our customer divisions in order to give clarity and structure to the company as it continues to grow. Premier Choice Group is our parent brand and we have developed divisions serving Business, Charity and Education to supplement Premier Patient Line. These are not new industries for us; we have worked with SMEs to large corporates, charities and schools since our conception. However, our portfolio restructure and expansion enables us to provide a more-focussed approach to our customers within these industries now that the company is growing so rapidly in these fields.

Customers entering the Group via any of our divisions will experience industry specialism and will still benefit from bespoke proposals and solutions whilst having the security of being part of a larger group with excellent knowledge and comprehensive resources.

We’re excited to start this new chapter with our existing customers and look forward to welcoming organisations looking to improve their telephony into the Group.
