A telephone system or PBX (Private Branch Exchange) is a control unit that primarily facilitates audio/video calls to a user’s site, or sites. Depending on its specification, a range of additional intuitive features can give users all the help they need during their calls: including queue announcements, live status monitoring, activity reports, automatic conversation recording and scheduled backup and reports.
Premier Choice, as World Top 10 Panasonic Solutions Partner, recommends two core Panasonic PBX solutions, the NS series (700 and 1000) and the NSX range (1000 and 2000). As the most intelligent hybrid PBX systems around, they fit right into your business – delivering a flexible solution now, and instant scalability to grow in the future.
Panasonic NS Series
The NS700 is ideal for organisations with up to 262 users either based in one site or remotely. This PBX manages legacy and IP communications providing the ability to integrate hardware and software components in a modular way, allowing you to tailor a communications system to your specific needs – it’s a great way to manage in-house telephony without using the cloud.
The NS1000 is more specifically used for wholly IP solutions and can also expand an existing Panasonic legacy PBX for partial migration. This system can support up to 600 users and can be networked across multiple sites.
Panasonic NSX Series
The NSX1000 is a scalable solution that supports up to 1000 users and provides connectivity for up to 32 sites with Primary and Secondary failover options. This Platform enables Smart Desking, Centralised Management over multiple locations and has UC Pro (Unified Communications) support, video communications and a built-in call centre functionality. These applications help businesses communicate more efficiently and enable users to utilise limited resources efficiently.
The NSX2000 mirrors all the capabilities of the NSX1000 but can support double the capacity, making it an essential piece of kit in vast solutions required to support up to 2000 users.
