Festive season incoming: See our Christmas opening hours and submit your change requests ahead of the holidays. (2-minute read)

2021 is coming to an end, which means it’s nearly time for us to close our office to celebrate! Our working hours will remain the same over the festive period, with the exception of the following bank holidays where our offices will be closed:

  • Monday 27th December 2021
  • Tuesday 28th December 2021
  • Monday 3rd January 2022

For customers who receive 24/7 support from Team PCG, this will continue uninterrupted regardless of our “office” hours.

Should you wish to arrange any telephone diversions or make changes to your system to reflect your operating hours, please let us know by emailing info@premierchoicegroup.com with the subject line “Seasonal Change Request”. Please make sure to include your postcode or PCT Number. Please submit all requests as soon as possible.
