Management in Practice, LondonWe rounded off September with a few great events across the UK for Premier Patient Line.

On Wednesday 26th September, Mark M and Toby visited the South Winchester Golf Club to support the Wessex LMC’s event titled “Telephone Triage and Consultation Skills”. This was a great opportunity for the team to meet with Nurse Practitioners and other medical professionals to discuss how our solutions can improve their current set-up and address the issues they are facing conducting their telephone triage.

Also on Wednesday, Mark R and Gareth attended the Yorkshire Practice Management Conference in Harrogate. This event was run by Capsticks Solicitors in partnership with Lloyds Bank and saw approximately 70 Practice Managers/GPs from across the North East of England. We exhibited alongside 10 or so other exhibitors but were the only telecoms provider in the room.

The following day, we attended the penultimate Management in Practice event of the year at Olympia, London. The team were out in force to meet with some existing customers as well as new Practice Managers we haven’t worked with before spread across London and the South East. Danny, Nathan, Toby, Mark M and Eren were on the stand supported by our technology partners, Craig (Panasonic) and Chloe (Oak).

We’ll be back at Olympia later this month for our next outing at the Independent Hotel Show which is to be held on the 16th and 17th of October.
