A message in response to COVID-19 from our Managing Director, Nick Stansfield, to our customers – Tuesday 7th July 2020:
We find ourselves 106 days into lockdown and over half-way through 2020 – what a year it has been so far!
July is a big month for us as it marks our company’s anniversary, and this year we’re grateful to be celebrating 20 years in business! We have some exciting plans to commemorate this occasion and will be inviting you as our customers to share in our month of celebrations – watch this space!
In the meantime, please read our latest updates:
- We have been working hard in reviewing our working processes. For the time-being, all staff will remain remotely working from the safety of their own homes, unless they have critical tasks that require them to attend the offices where strict precautionary measures have been put in place.
- We have placed restrictions on the number of staff permitted on site and more specifically in the various office spaces. We have added PPE and hand sanitising stations at all entrances/exits and implemented enforced cleaning processes. There is clear signage and floor-markings throughout to support social distancing practices. We also have our own method for tracking and tracing staff who have been in the building and our thermal screening on entry means staff can concentrate on being careful and cautious without being worried.
- Our Engineers’ remarkable commitment continues as they soldier on across the country to provide essential maintenance and installations. Our pre-visit risk assessment is updated every time the government releases information impacting our services or customer premises – if you have any questions or concerns regarding an installation that cannot be achieved remotely, please let us know.
It’s clear that many of you are also negotiating your next steps and we’re here to help. Last month, we collated some key back-to-work solutions but we’re also finding many of you are benefiting from our auditing process. This is designed to help you assess your current situation and prepare for your onward journey – this service is offered completely free of charge.
