A message in response to COVID-19 from our Managing Director, Nick Stansfield, to our customers – Wednesday 12th August 2020:
I trust you are all safe and remain in good health.
Firstly, I’d like to thank all of you who sent us birthday wishes as we celebrated our 20th Anniversary at the end of July. We were able to virtually get together to celebrate, reminiscing over the last 20 years, particularly the business successes, but also the friendships (and relationships) that have formed over the years. It was great to raise a glass together and hear what being part of Team PCG means to so many of our staff.
We compiled ‘Our story so far…‘ to document our journey to this point with input from colleagues, customers and business contacts who have all contributed to us reaching this milestone – we hope you enjoy reading it.

- A few colleagues have begun working from the offices again one or two days a week, keeping within our restrictions regarding the number of staff permitted on site and more specifically in the various office spaces. It is the choice of the employees if they come in with all attendance being moderated by the senior management team.
- Staff are being sensible and responsible for their own health and safety, supported by our additional precautions: thermal screening on entry, PPE and hand sanitising stations at all entrances/exits, one way system with social distancing signage, enforced cleaning processes, and our track and trace system for monitoring who has been in the building.
- Other colleagues will continue working remotely until it is safe and necessary for them to return to the office or get back out for face-to-face meetings.
- Our Engineers remain in the field providing essential maintenance and installations as they have done throughout the pandemic. Please be assured that we are still reviewing government advice and will continue to update our pre-visit risk assessment questionnaire accordingly – if you have any questions or concerns regarding an installation that cannot be achieved remotely, please let us know.
