Commsoft: Basic Checks on Call Recorder

Video Transcript:

If you find your programme isn’t responding, restart the PC by selecting Startthe arrow next to Shut Down, and then the Restart button. Once the PC has restarted, you need to log back in before the recorder will resume.

If you’ve received a memory alarm or the duration of your recordings is zero seconds, your hard disk may be full.

To check this, go to Start and then My Computer, and you’ll see the drive will indicate whether there’s enough space for any more recordings. If your hard disk is full, please contact us so that we can organise upgrading your memory.
