Find, Listen to and Export Call Recordings:
In order to find listen to and export call recordings on your CommSoft Compact Call Recorder, the first thing you’ll need to do is log in to your desktop PC.
Type in your username and password. If you don’t know your username or password, feel free to email email@example.com. Once you’re at the desktop, double click your Office Version 9 shortcut.
At the login screen, enter your Office Version 9 username and password. You’re now logged into your call recorder.
To find an individual recording, use the search tools on the left-hand side of the screen. Select the date of the call, the time at which the call was made, the number of the caller, and possibly the extension they spoke to.
To listen to a recording, select the recording and then hit the Play button.

Please select one of the following options. If you need a copy of your recording, you can save it by selecting the Save icon, selecting where to save to and pressing the Save button, or you can email it as required.
