iPECS: How to Record a Personal Voicemail Greeting

To record a new voicemail message on your iPECS 1000i Series Handset, start by dialling your voicemail access code. The default code is 801.
Handset: Please enter the mailbox number and press pound.
You will then be prompted to enter the extension number you wish to access followed by the pound or hash key. Next, enter your password, followed by the hash key. Passwords are created by your system administrator.
Once logged in, select option number 4 to manage your greetings, followed by option 2 to record a new greeting.
Once you hear the tone [beep], record your new greeting and press the hash key once complete.
This recording will now be played when a caller reaches this extension’s voicemail.
